Theo Theodoulou has been promoted to Deputy President of the Cyprus Football Association, where he has served as Vice President since 2023. Alongside his role in football governance, he is Chairman of the Kreston Global Audit Group, Partner at Kreston Ioannou & Theodoulou, and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director at eToro.
Tom Rawcliffe appointed to lead at Bristol City FC
Tom Rawcliffe has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at Bristol City FC, where he has held senior finance roles since 2021, including Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the club, he gained financial leadership experience at AFC Wimbledon, Boots UK, Rolls-Royce, and KPMG UK.
Jakub Beneš confirmed in new SK Sigma Olomouc board
Jakub Beneš remains part of the restructured board of directors at SK Sigma Olomouc, following changes linked to the club’s recent ownership transition. He continues in his role as Vice Chairman and brings long-standing experience from within the club and Czech football, including leadership positions in the youth academy and national youth team structures.
Amir Tawfik departs Al Ahly
Amir Tawfik has stepped down from his role as CEO of Al Ahly Football Company, citing professional commitments abroad. He had held the position since early 2023 and previously spent over four years at Al Ahly Sporting Club in senior marketing and contract management roles. Tawfik also worked in marketing at Sela Sport and began his executive career at Al Ahly as Assistant Marketing Manager.
Steffi Jones joins FC Schalke 04 supervisory board
Steffi Jones has joined the supervisory board of FC Schalke 04 on a two-year term, becoming the first woman to hold a seat on the club’s supervisory board. She succeeds Youri Mulder, who has taken up a new role as Director of Professional Football. As a former international player and head coach of the German women’s national team, Jones brings extensive experience from both elite-level football and leadership roles within the DFB.
Ladislav Fialka promoted at AC Sparta Praha
Ladislav Fialka has taken up the position of Sales Manager at AC Sparta Praha, where he has worked since 2023. He previously held roles within the club’s sponsorship department and began as a Business Development Intern in Prague.
GianMarco Pascarella departs United Soccer League
GianMarco Pascarella has left the United Soccer League after two years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Social Media. Prior to joining USL, he held digital and social media roles at CUENTO Marketing, AS Roma, and Whistle Sports Network.
