Now that we have completed 2024 in terms of on-site events – with a webinar still to come on 3 December – it’s time to take a look at our plans for 2025. We are entering the coming year with a new concept focussing on our three core areas and, accordingly, three summits.
The FBIN Commercial Excellence Summit will kick things off at the Groupama Aréna in Budapest. With Ferencvaros as hosting partner, the summit will take place on 18 (Welcome Evening) and 19 March (Event).
The FBIN Commercial Excellence Summit brings together a maximum of 120 international attendees to explore commercial strategies in football. As well as topics like fan commerce-enhancing revenue streams through ticketing, merchandising, and memberships that engage and retain fans – and digital revenue streams that expand monetisation opportunities.
The FBIN Marketing Excellence Summit will then continue at the beginning of June at the epet Arena in Prague, with Sparta Prague supporting us as hosting partner. The FBIN Marketing Excellence Summit will focus on topics such as fan experience and fan engagement, brand management and how to reach new target groups – especially younger fans.
The FBIN Management and Strategy Summit will conclude the summit series in October. No location has yet been finalised for this event, so if you are interested in becoming a hosting partner, please get in touch with us.
As the name suggests, the final event will focus on current developments and best practices in the management of football organisations and the strategic development of clubs, leagues and associations. This ranges from organisational development to leadership and HR, always with the aim of building successful and sustainable organisations in the long term.
