Maximilian Madeja, M.Sc. in International Information Systems (Univ.) and B.A. Economics (Univ.), is the Managing Partner and Chief Research Officer at SLC Management GmbH, a leading consultancy and research company in the sports sector. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in market research, data-driven consulting, and digital trend analysis for Bundesliga clubs in football, handball, basketball, and ice hockey, as well as for the DFL, DFB, governmental institutions, sponsors, service providers and investors in sports, leisure, culture and entertainment. He lectures on digitization, finance, and sports organization management at the Hochschule für Angewandtes Management. Maximilian co-founded fan engagement and research platforms like the Bundesliga Barometer and is an expert featured in TV, print, and online media. His academic background includes studies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg and the American University in Washington, D.C., with a focus on project management, IT strategies, and innovation management.
