Three experienced leaders join the Advisory Board

Frank van Eijsden, Bálint Máté and Michal Mertinyak expand the now seven-person board.

Two years after its formation, the FBIN Advisory Board gets an update. Christoph Glasner, former Head of Marketing at FC Red Bull Salzburg and Mark Bradley, CEO of The Fan Experience Company are leaving the board and three new members join it: Frank van Eijsden, COO of the company Tymes4, Bálint Máté, Head of the International & CSR Department at Ferencváros and Michal Mertinyak, CEO of the Slovak Football League.

Starting as Ticketing Manager and later joining the overall management team of Feyenoord Rotterdam (as Manager Service & Tickets), Frank van Eijsden is a seasoned football industry professional. After 12 years working on club-side he decided to move over to the other side of the table, now acting as COO of leading Dutch football ticketing technology provider Tymes4 (by Ormer ICT).

Bálint Máté has been involved in the sports industry for 22 years. He is working for the most popular Hungarian sports club, Ferencváros since 2013. As the Head of the Club’s International & CSR Department he is responsible for the re-establishment of the Club’s international relationships, various community programs for youth, athletes, and fans. As the Club’s Main Contact, he’s been responsible for the Ferencváros’ off-the-pitch organizational matters since 2014, which counts 80+ international club competitions games by now. Behind the scenes, Bálint highly contributed to the resurrection and impressive performance of the Hungarian green & white club in the UEFA club competitions.

Since 2014 Michal Mertinyak is leading the Slovak  League club’s Union (i.e. the Slovak League) as CEO. Mertinyak is the driving force for development in Slovak club football resulting in many successful projects and achievements over the last years.

Frank van Eijsden, Bálint Máté and Michal Mertinyak join a group of renowned experts – Ilja Kaenzig (VfL Bochum), Mateusz Lentowczyk (TISA Group), Georg Pangl (Pangl Football Group) and Cesare Polenghi (Ganassa).

The Advisory Board guides and advises FBIN in taking the next steps, developing the offers, and improving the services.
