Sarah Weber takes on new role at TSG Hoffenheim
After over three years as Managerin E-Commerce-Marketing, Merchandising & Lizenzen, Sarah Weber has stepped into a new position at TSG Hoffenheim as Koordinatorin Merchandising & Lizenzen. She brings previous experience from roles at VfL Wolfsburg, Karlsruher SC and Heinrich Heine GmbH.

Stephan Cieplik joins RB Leipzig as Chief Revenue Officer
RB Leipzig have appointed Stephan Cieplik as their new Chief Revenue Officer, effective April 2026. Cieplik most recently held the same position at the Houston Rockets, and previously worked as CRO at TSM. He brings extensive international experience from nearly a decade with Manchester City and the City Football Group, as well as earlier roles at the Asian Football Confederation.

Samuel Recio Adán leaves Atlético de Madrid
After three seasons at Atlético de Madrid, Samuel Recio Adán has exited the club, where he most recently held the position of Partnership Strategy & Business Solutions Executive. He previously worked in sponsorship consulting roles at RPM Sports and MKTG Spain, bringing strong expertise in partnership strategy, research, and activation.

Maxime Laharrague joins AC Milan
Maxime Laharrague has been appointed Head of Data at AC Milan. He moves into the football industry after nearly five years at Spotify, where he was most recently Senior Data Scientist, and following his work as founder of music tech startup SONAR.

Trine Hesselund Hopp Møller steps down as CEO of FC Nordsjælland
After more than three years as CEO of FC Nordsjælland, Trine Hesselund Hopp Møller has transitioned out of the role following a reorganisation at the club. She has been nominated for a board position at FCN and will also continue her work on the advisory board of Kvinder i Fodbold, which supports the development of women in football.
