Nicola Coffey takes on new role at Shelbourne FC
Nicola Coffey has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer at Shelbourne FC, joining from South Dublin County Council where she spent nearly 17 years managing Tallaght Stadium. With extensive experience in stadium operations, governance, event management, and UEFA competitions, she will now oversee day-to-day operations, facilities, compliance, and operational strategy at the club. Earlier in her career, she held management roles at Carr Golf Services and Golfing Dimensions.

Grant Russell starts new consultancy chapter in football
After nearly four years as Marketing Lead at West Ham United FC, Grant Russell has transitioned into a new role as a freelance consultant. In 2026, he began working with Arenametrix to support the company’s UK market expansion and continues to serve as Director at Partick Thistle FC. Prior to his time at West Ham, he was Head of Digital, Brand and Communications at Motherwell FC.

Pieter Moons takes on new role at RSC Anderlecht
Pieter Moons has stepped into the role of B2B Sales Lead at RSC Anderlecht after spending the past three years as Key Account Manager at the club. In his new position, he will lead the B2B sales efforts, building on the foundation he helped establish. Moons brings experience from previous roles at Proximus, Paxi, and Club Brugge, where he gained expertise in enterprise sales, stakeholder management and commercial strategy.

Emma Rogers joins Aston Villa FC
Emma Rogers has taken on the role of Communications and Content Lead at Aston Villa FC, supporting the growth of the club’s women’s team. She joins from Wellington Phoenix FC, where she held a series of marketing and brand leadership roles over the past two years. Prior to her time in football, she worked in agency settings including Quantum Jump Ltd, bringing with her strong expertise in brand strategy, content and fan engagement.

Małgorzata Borkowska leaves Ekstraklasa after ten years
After a decade of collaboration with Ekstraklasa SA and its production arm Ekstraklasa Live Park, Małgorzata Borkowska has concluded her work with the Polish league. Over the past years, she contributed to the league’s media rights strategy, both as a consultant and most recently as Media Rights Director. In parallel, she continues her independent advisory work through her consultancy FIRMLY, where she advises sports organisations such as the Polish Handball Superliga and KSW MMA.

Joe Yates-Round joins Fulham FC
Joe Yates-Round has joined Fulham FC as part of the club’s partnerships team, taking on a new role in partnership acquisition. He arrives with extensive experience in commercial sales and partnerships, having previously held roles at Burnley FC, AEG Presents, and Harlequins. Over the years, he has led partnership development and strategic commercial efforts across football, rugby, and live entertainment, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his new position at Fulham.

Marco Fucale takes on new role at Juventus FC
Marco Fucale has started a new position as Partnership Activation Executive at Juventus FC. After initially joining the club as an intern in 2024, he went on to work as Operations Specialist before stepping into his current role focused on activating and managing strategic partnerships. Alongside his time at Juventus, he gained experience in digital marketing and fitness instruction with roles at Lumina Fiduciaria and ISEF Torino.

Emily Colvin takes on new role at Tottenham Hotspur FC
Emily Colvin has been promoted to Marketing Manager Retail & Visitor Attractions at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Since joining the club in 2022, she has held roles as Marketing Executive and Senior Marketing Executive. Her earlier experience in football includes a placement as Media Assistant at Oxford United FC, where she supported social media and content activities.
