Stephan Burmeister takes on expanded leadership role at SSV Jahn Regensburg
Stephan Burmeister has been appointed Head of Corporate Development, Sustainability & Organisation at SSV Jahn Regensburg, effective September 2025. He has been with the club for over six years, previously serving as Coordinator for Corporate Development & Sustainability and as Executive Office Associate.

Jordan Hayes promoted to Head of Commercial Marketing at Fulham FC
Jordan Hayes has been promoted to Head of Commercial Marketing at Fulham Football Club. He has been with the club since 2018, most recently serving as Senior Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Fulham, Hayes held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at QPR FC.

Amir Tawfik joins Al Ahli Saudi as Chief Commercial Officer
Amir Tawfik has joined Al Ahli Saudi as Chief Commercial Officer. He most recently served as CEO of Al Ahly Football Company and previously spent over four years in senior roles at Al Ahly Sporting Club. Earlier in his career, Tawfik held marketing positions at Sela Sport and Al Ahly.

Simon Laager leaves CEO role at FC Luzern
Simon Laager has stepped down as CEO of FC Luzern by mutual agreement. He held the position since December 2024. Prior to joining the club, Laager was CEO of the SCL Tigers and a board member at National League AG. He is also the founder of FairMatch Sports Marketing.

Adam Gardiner appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Tottenham Hotspur
Adam Gardiner has been named Chief Marketing Officer at Tottenham Hotspur, with a start date set for early 2026. He joins from Arsenal FC, where he spent five years as Marketing Director. Prior to that, Gardiner held several senior brand leadership roles during a 12-year tenure at Nike.

Matthias Esprit named Commercial Director at KSC Lokeren
Matthias Esprit has been appointed Commercial Director at KSC Lokeren. He joins the Belgian club after holding senior international roles at CBF Performance | Education | Management and the Mina Cup, where he focused on team recruitment, sales, and football operations. Esprit also previously worked with Orange County SC and served as COO at Bureau Béatrice.
