Florian Lange has started as Director B2C and Marketing at TSG Hoffenheim, following a strategic role within the club’s management earlier this year. He previously worked in marketing and sales positions at VfL Bochum and devonSPORT.
Isabelle Vanden Eede joins RSC Anderlecht
Isabelle Vanden Eede has been appointed CEO Non-Sports at RSC Anderlecht, where she will oversee all operational and commercial activities starting 1 September 2025. She joins the club after 15 years at Orange Belgium, most recently serving as Chief Brand, Communication & ESG Officer, and previously worked at agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and Famous.
Achille de Rauglaudre joins Chelsea FC
Achille de Rauglaudre has joined Chelsea FC as a Finance Consultant, bringing experience from both the football and private equity sectors. He previously held financial and strategic roles at FC Versailles and Toulouse FC, and advised sports investors through his work at SportsInvest Advisory.
Michael Hewitt departs Manchester United
Michael Hewitt has left Manchester United after more than a decade at the club, where he most recently served as Director of Merchandising. Over his 10.5-year tenure, he held various leadership roles in merchandising, strategy, and operations, contributing significantly to the club’s retail and licensing activities.
Villa Vongpraseut takes on new role at TSG Hoffenheim
Villa Vongpraseut has been promoted to Head of Marketing & Merchandising at TSG Hoffenheim, where he has worked since 2018 in various roles across digital marketing, B2C sales, and merchandising.
Jan Thielmann to join VfB Stuttgart
Jan Thielmann will take over as Director of Finance at VfB Stuttgart in January 2026. He joins from the German Football Association (DFB), where he currently serves as Head of Accounting and has played a key role in restructuring and developing the federation’s finance department.
Tobias Johannes Keller joins SV Wehen Wiesbaden
Tobias Johannes Keller has taken over as CEO of SV Wehen Wiesbaden after nearly seven years at VfB Stuttgart, where he most recently served as Director of Finance and Co-CEO of the club’s stadium company. His previous roles at VfB included Interim CFO and Head of Corporate Strategy.
Lukas Grether joins LAFC
Lukas Grether has been appointed Managing Director International at Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC), where he will oversee global operations and international investments, including projects in South America, Africa, and Europe. He joins from FC Bayern München, where he spent six years as Head of Strategy and Business Development, and previously worked at Bain & Company in Zurich.
Bernhard Schmidt to lead FC Admira Wacker
Bernhard Schmidt has been appointed Managing Director of FC Admira Wacker, effective 1 August 2025. He joins the Austrian club from law firm Schönherr, where he specialised in sports law, and previously held the role of Head of Legal at LASK. Schmidt also holds a Master’s in International Sports Management from ESBS Valencia.
Jan Proesmans takes on new role at Club Brugge
Jan Proesmans has started as Head of Marketing at Club Brugge after previously serving as Senior Growth Marketer at the club. He brings additional experience from the agency side, having worked as Client Services Director at Springbok.
