Sebastian Helbig joins SPORTFIVE c/o FC Schalke 04
Sebastian Helbig has started a new role as Senior Director Sales at SPORTFIVE c/o FC Schalke 04. He joins the agency following more than seven years at BSC Young Boys, where he most recently led the sponsoring department. Helbig previously held various positions in sales, sponsoring, and media within the club. His appointment marks a return to the German football market in a senior commercial capacity.

Richard Heaselgrave to Paris Saint-Germain
Richard Heaselgrave has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer at Paris Saint-Germain. Based at the club’s Paris headquarters, he will oversee all commercial strategy and operations, including sponsorships and partnerships, hospitality and ticketing, merchandising, media rights, digital products, and fan engagement initiatives. Heaselgrave has held leadership positions at the English Football League, Rugby Football League, the NBA, and Chicago Fire FC.

Tom Mahon takes over as COO at Burton Albion
Tom Mahon has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Burton Albion Football Club. He will lead the process of increasing revenue across both the club and community sides of the business, on and away from matchdays. Mahon previously served as COO at Stockport County and spent nearly 15 years at Manchester City FC in various hospitality roles.

Rose Read joins board of Brighton & Hove Albion
Rose Read has been appointed to the main board of Brighton & Hove Albion as an executive director. She has been with the club since 2010 and currently serves as Head of People & Culture. With this appointment, she becomes the third woman to sit on the club’s board.

Mark Rollings promoted at Everton
Mark Rollings has taken on the role of Chief Partnerships Officer at Everton Football Club. He has been with the club since March 2017, most recently serving as Director of Partnerships. In his new position, Rollings will lead the club’s global partnership and commercial growth strategy. Prior to joining Everton, he held commercial roles at Liverpool FC, the Welsh Rugby Union, and AS Roma.

Ben Kensell joins Luton Town
Ben Kensell has taken up the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Luton Town FC. He will be responsible for all revenue-generating and fan-facing areas of the club, including the transition to the new Power Court stadium. Kensell previously served as CEO of Hibernian FC and held senior roles at Norwich City FC and Charlton Athletic FC.
