DESCRIPTION

When we think about matchday or matchday operations, we see this as all things going on (different teams and departments) before, during and after a game. This can be – obviously – a lot. Within our expert areas we link this in the first place with fan relations and marketing (and communication).

The topic of fan engagement & experience is thus quickly coming up, topics can be for instance: greeters/hosts, fan zones (and pop-up fan zones), family lounges, kid zones, sensory rooms, wayfinding, mascots, half time entertainment, accessibility, fan shop and fan surveys.

Within this document we will link to some sources and give a direction how you can translate this aimed more specific at the community. When interesting, we can also create a bespoke report where we go more in detail and tackle specific topics.
