TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Fußball-Spielbetriebs GmbH is responsible for the diverse tasks of match operations. To strengthen our team in Zuzenhausen, we are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in the Brand Activation & Strategy department from 01.07.2024. 

• Conception of a brand activation strategy based on the brand positioning
• Planning and realisation of the stadium experience and matchday entertainment
• Conception and implementation of brand activation at 3rd party events and active involvement of our partners and sponsors
• Support and implementation of brand activation concepts for our partners
• Development of a brand activation strategy for our core market incl. university marketing
• Budget planning and management incl. development of a sustainable KPI approach
• Technical coordination of a team
• Reporting to the Head of Marketing

• Completed studies in marketing, communication or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the sports industry or a leading marketing agency
• Proven experience in brand activation or event management, ideally in the sports environment or entertainment industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and fan data
• Leadership qualities of a modern leadership approach to motivate and inspire teams
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal departments, fans and external sponsors
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with sponsors in the sports environment an advantage
