Afram Kakur takes on new leadership role at VfB Stuttgart
Afram Kakur has been appointed Director Brand & Experience at VfB Stuttgart, a newly created role within the club’s reorganised structure. He previously served as Head of Brand Department and played a key role in the club’s recent rebranding and marketing initiatives. Before joining VfB, Kakur worked at Jung von Matt SPORTS, leading international football projects including FIFA World Cup campaigns.

Fernando González Velasco joins Real Valladolid
Fernando González Velasco has been appointed Commercial Director at Real Valladolid Club de Fútbol. He previously held partnership sales roles at Getafe CF, Legends/ASM Global and LaLiga, and brings additional experience from academy and performance roles earlier in his career. In his new position, he will lead the club’s partnership department.

Duje Biuk departs HNK Hajduk Split
After nearly a decade with HNK Hajduk Split, Duje Biuk has announced his departure from the club. He most recently served as Director of Strategic Communications, following previous roles as Head of Public Relations and Community Manager. Biuk played a key part in the club’s communications strategy and public engagement over the past years.

Andrew Hosmar joins Houston Dynamo FC
Andrew Hosmar has been appointed Senior Director of Strategy & Analytics at Houston Dynamo FC. He most recently served as Senior Manager of Strategy & Analytics at San Diego FC, following his work with Legends on building the club’s analytics function. Hosmar also held business intelligence and data roles at New England Revolution and Segal.

Daniel Guardia appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Real Betis
Daniel Guardia has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer at Real Betis Balompié after serving as Head of Global Partnerships for the past two years. Prior to joining the club, he held senior partnership roles at FC Barcelona and worked in commercial development at Pons Racing. In his new role, he will oversee the club’s commercial strategy and partnership activities.
